BikerBot uses your phone number to determine what city you live in.  From there, it can determine all the dealers near you, it then uses public data such as social media, amazon, google, or others. This is similar to how Amazon recommends products and services to you.

Additionally, customers will have the ability to view their sales history and service information, as BikerBot will synchronize with your dealer system automatically.

HOWEVER, BikerBot utilizes a 3rd-party database consisting of over 200,000 Harley-Davidson riders. It continuously monitors public data on the internet, such as Facebook or other social media platforms, similar to how Google Analytics operates. This may give the impression that BikerBot is engaging with similar customers or individuals. It's important to note that BikerBot has licensed access to 3rd-party databases that include nearly every motorcycle user in North America. When BikerBot geolocates them near your location, it may appear as if they are similar customers, as they have likely visited your establishment at some point. This is why, if you utilize any of our products, we direct their "scheduled meetings" or "leads" to your sales staff.
